Maybe we're more similar than we thought

How Gen X, millennials and Gen Z women should club together

This week I wrote a piece for ‘I Paper,’ all about how some of the older generation have been slagging off Gen Z and calling them lazy and saying that they take days off and prioritise their mental health when they’re at work. I said that this hadn’t been my experience and that in many ways I admired this younger generation. I have always made friends with younger colleagues, and have admired their work ethic. Perhaps instead Gen X need to take a page out of their books and stop grinding away at work and feeling bitter and burnt out?
